What Happens After You Order?

Once you place your order, our design team will send a layout proof for your approval. Why not order a sample first, as printing on ribbon is very different from printing on paper.

After you’ve approved your design, we begin production—so please make sure everything is just right before confirming.

Customer Service That Cares

Every ribbon matters to us. Our skilled ribbon printers ensure that each order is checked at least twice before dispatch. We keep a sample or photograph on file for quality assurance, and your design may even be featured in our ribbon gallery—unless you’d prefer otherwise, of course.

Our minimum order is just 5 metres, and we offer generous discounts on larger or trade orders through our UK Ribbon Store.
